How to Play Powerball in Florida
Powerball tickets cost $2 per play. For an extra $1 you can add Power Play, which multiplies non-jackpot prizes by 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, or 10× (Match-5 prize is capped at $2 million with Power Play). Pick five white balls (1–69) and one red Powerball (1–26), or ask for a Quick Pick.
Ticket sales close before the drawing — the exact cutoff varies by state, so check with your local retailer or the official Florida state lottery. Drawings are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 10:59 PM Eastern Time.
